The Digital Health Lab at Meedan is an applied research unit designed to support evidence-based and equitable responses to health misinformation, and to provide resources and support to those defending public health. We are a team of scientists, content moderation experts and journalists dedicated to supporting safer and more responsible engagement with information online.

Our work focuses on three core areas:

  1. Research into the anatomy of health misinformation
  2. Collaboration between technology platforms and scientists
  3. Trauma-informed approaches to content moderation
