Shalini Joshi
Shalini Joshi has worked as a media educator and journalist in India and is cofounder of Khabar Lahariya, an independent women-led newsroom in India.
Mugendi is a verification expert, having managed one of Africa’s leading fact-checking organizations. He has an interest in technology for good, and has also contributed to the growth of citizen-driven civic tech initiatives in East Africa.
Haramoun is a media worker and consultant. He co-founded and managed several media initiatives at the intersection of social sciences, journalism, archiving and design. He is interested in exploring the various ways digital media, big tech and algorithms influence how we learn about and react to hyperlocal and global events.
