Meedan’s election projects have allowed newsrooms to share information on voter insights and audience questions across bureaus, regions and distribution channels, and paved the way for news organizations to build revenue. Our collaborative efforts help combat misinformation and protect election integrity.

140+ organizations produced more than 1,500 fact-checks that were distributed to audiences and analyzed by academics.

Fact-checkers fielded 335,000 questions and requests collected across four WhatsApp tiplines, hosted by Meedan on Check.
