Please join the Lerner Center for Public Health Promotion at Turning the Tide: Combatting Misinformation in Public Health, the center's third national conference!
This conference gathers public health communication leaders from across the country to highlight public health misinformation, and discuss lessons learned in confronting COVID-19 misinformation. Conference speakers will examine public health misinformation in climate change, abortion and global vaccinations, and discuss strategies to counter misinformation such as collaborating with journalists.
Speakers include:

- Ami Zota, ScD, Department of Environmental Health, Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia University

The conference will host a workshop, Op-Ed Writing for Professionals, led by journalist Renee Loth, an opinion columnist for The Boston Globe and judge for the Pulitzer prizes in journalism.
